Net Literacy and one other organization are credited for submitting the idea to the FCC that was incorporated into the National Broadband Plan recommending the creation of the Digital Literacy Corps. With the announcement of the Connect too Compete initiative in October, the Digital Literacy Corps will soon come into focus.
