Net Literacy Joins the Advisory Committee to the Congressional Internet Caucus

The Internet Education Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to educating the public and policymakers about the potential of a decentralized global Internet to promote communications, commerce and democracy.

The Congressional Internet Caucus Advisory Committee is made up of a broad cross-section of the public interest community and Internet industry. The Advisory Committee supports and encourages the Congressional Internet Caucus in its mission to educate policymakers about important Internet related policy issues.

Net Literacy is a Nonprofit Committee Member and supports this important project that enables the dialogue between public interest advocates, non-profits and the business community toward the goal of educating policymakers about the importance of technology and the Internet in promoting communications, commerce and democracy.

  1. Good day to you all,

    I am looking to set up here in Puerto Rico (USA) a program in Spanish for kids and their parents on internet security and to also try and stop kids from picked up on line buy adults that have other things on their mind.

    I for one need info in English as well as Spanish as I am also a VP of neighbor security committee with the Puerto Rico Police Dept. I was Pres. For 8 years in another town and when I moved to this new town the people found out and just put me into office so there goes my retirement.

    I took this to a meeting last night and the backup I got from other Pres. and VPs was outstanding and is so needed ASAP. The police officers also asked me for my help with this matter.

    I am somewhat retired and do consulting work from time to time as our wish would be to get this info to all school kids all over Puerto Rico of which is not being done at this time.

    Please help me on this matter if you can as kids need the help as well as their moms and dads.
